friendly staff warm room grocery shop
i think the staff was friendly to me. the room had necessary things and felt warm. i found grocery shops close by the hotel and bus stops too.

busy street mildew smell
The noise from outside was awful, especially since my room faced a busy street. It made sleep difficult. the room size was also much smaller than i expected. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, like mildew, and it never really went away. the towels weren't changed daily, which i found a bit unhygienic and annoying. I had to ask for fresh ones.

super clean bed great shower
the staff offered an alternative room when i arrived early. the room had a super clean bed and a great shower. there was always someone at reception, and parking was a bonus.
i had to deposit 100 pounds for potential damages. the refund process was quite slow, it took about a month.

mixed feelings about my stay
friendly staff daily parking dirty wall missing utensils
the staff were friendly and helpful. parking was £10 daily from check in to check out.
The room needed some work. The wall going into the bathroom was dirty. i could only find one cup and spoon (this was annoying). i asked for a knife to cut fruit, but they couldn't find one.

Convenient stay with helpful staff
comfortable bed helpful staff excellent location easy access
the location is excellent near acton main line station sainsburys local and a bus stop are all a short walk away. wembley stadium is easily accessible by bus. the beds were particularly comfortable i had easy access to a kettle. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay they provided directions and messaged me details later in the day.
i noticed some wear on the furniture it did not affect my overall positive experience
